Before I ‘leave you behind’ tonight, I want to tell you about a mystery revealed. It was written as a warning to those living circa AD 70. Believers should have understood while unbelievers and the Roman authorities would not. The reality of what happened is related in Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21. The believers were warned to flee for their safety because of the destruction to come. Unbelievers were to be taken by death and destruction along with Jerusalem and the Temple, ending the old covenant way of life.
No, you won’t have a chance to wait for the scenario of being “Left Behind” and then to make your decision for Christ. The only chance for salvation you’ll have is prior to taking your last breath. Will you be conscious and aware enough at that time?
