I watched “Goodbye Mr. Chips” 1939 again. In February, prior to the Academy Awards, TCM shows the ‘best’ of the movies. So many of them are my favorites. I don’t appreciate leaving them behind. I wish I could get my family to enjoy them over and over like I do…

I was sure a tornado was about to enter my living room last night. Strong wind gales were pitching things at the outside walls and it felt like the roof was going to lift off. My dog was hiding behind the fireplace in the corner. I tried coaxing her out to me so we could get into the hallway, but she wouldn’t budge.
